Job Overview:

As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in bringing our iconic toy brands to life through innovative marketing strategies and flawless execution. You’ll develop and implement compelling campaigns, craft engaging content, and collaborate across departments to tell captivating stories that resonate with our audience. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role requires a blend of creativity, strategic insight, organizational skills, and data-driven decision-making—all fueled by a passion for toys and play.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution: Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for product launches and seasonal promotions. Ensure timely and impactful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales.
  2. Project Management: Drive project timelines, resolving roadblocks proactively to ensure marketing goals are met. Act as a central point of contact for cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and external partners.
  3. Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance and customer insights to optimize strategies and inform future product marketing decisions. Provide actionable insights to enhance product positioning and marketing strategies.
  4. Content Creation & Communication: Write and oversee the creation of marketing collateral, product descriptions, website content, and social media. Develop presentations and sales tools to communicate product value propositions.
  5. Brand Voice: Develop and maintain a distinctive voice for each brand, ensuring messaging is compelling and speaks to the target audience. Shape communications to capture and enhance the spirit of product lines.
  6. E-commerce: Collaborate with the commerce team to create persuasive and optimized marketing content for Amazon listings and other online retailers. Stay current on best practices to improve product listings and storefronts.
  7. Web Content: Create and oversee engaging content for B2C and B2B websites, including product listings, brand stories, company history, FAQs, and more.
  8. Quality Assurance: Ensure all marketing materials meet quality standards, are error-free, and align with brand objectives. Proofread and edit content for correct grammar, punctuation, and tone.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in product marketing, brand management, or a related role; experience in the toy or consumer goods industry is a plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • Experience analyzing marketing performance metrics and providing actionable insights.
  • Passion for toys, innovation, and creating joyful customer experiences.
